1. Introduction
Welcome to DrillZone! These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our mobile application “DrillZone” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) and all related services.
By registering and using the App, you agree to comply with these T&C. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

The exact scope of services may vary between the Basic and Premium versions of the App.
5. Usage Rights & Restrictions
- You are granted a non-transferable, personal license to use the App solely for private purposes.
- Not permitted:
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the App or its content.
- Commercial use of the App without explicit permission.
- Hacking, reverse engineering, or any other form of App manipulation.
6. Fees & Payment Terms
6.1 Basic & Premium Versions
- The Basic version of the App is free of charge.
- The Premium version offers advanced features and requires a paid subscription.
6.2 Payment Processing
- Prices and payment terms are clearly displayed in the App or on our website.
- Payments are processed through external payment providers, and their terms and conditions apply.
- Refunds are not available, unless required by law.
7. Contract Duration & Termination
- The contract begins with your registration and continues indefinitely.
- You may delete your account at any time without providing a reason.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these T&C.
8. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
- Own Content: We strive to keep the App up-to-date and functional but do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the provided content.
- Liability Exclusion:
- We do not accept liability for minor negligence, unless it involves essential contractual obligations.
- We are fully liable for damages caused by injury to life, body, or health.
- User Content: We are not responsible for content shared by users within the community.

10. Changes to the T&C
